We do keep an inventory of parts for the machines that come in for repair. Due to the large diversity of makes and models of welders out there, we cannot stock parts for all. But, since we are a certified repair facility for Lincoln, Miller, ESAB, Hypertherm & all of the Victor welding products; we do have the ability to order in parts and get it right most of the time. We look up your welding machine via the manufacturer’s service websites and gain the inside information that is needed gain the correct part.
We have a variety of used parts available. Starters, Water pumps, and Magnetos (rebuildt) are usually in stock for the SA200. Many of the engine maintenance items for Lincoln and Miller engine drives, such as plugs, wires, oil & air filters are available. We maintain a small inventory of consumable items, such as contact tips, liners, & ground clamps. We have a variety of generator brushes, exciter brushes, switches, diodes, door hinges, idler solenoids, rheostats, selector switches, and more.
Information you need to have when you call/email to order parts …
There are a few things you will need to have on hand when you give us a call about the part you need. We will need to know the Make, Model & Serial number of your machine. For all Lincoln welders a code number is key to finding anything about them. Lincoln will then use their serial numbers to further designate the parts within the code.
All of the engine drives usually have the ID information on the front of the welder. Lincoln has white spaces on their face plate wherein the “K” number, code number, & serial number are either printed or stamped. Miller often places there ID tags at the top right, or the bottom center on the front of the welder.
The Multi Process welders, Plasma Cutters, & Advanced Process welders usually have ID stickers on the rear of the machine.
